Who we are

This website is operated by PetrA Eco Oil International Ltd, Hassamal Building, 5 Labourdonnais Street, Port Louis 1112-07, Mauritius.

What we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts, analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, and sets no cookies. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to reply to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship.

Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to handle your enquiry (for example with Virgin Oil Company (Mauritius) Ltd or Virgin Shipping Company Ltd when they supply the product or service), with service providers who help us operate (such as our hosting and IT provider) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and object to its processing. Contact enquiries@petraecooil.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
