PetrA Eco Oil International Ltd supplies petroleum products and markets fuels recovered from waste oils, in Mauritius and international markets.
Sole international agent for Virgin Oil
PetrA is the sole agent for the procurement, sales and marketing of all internationally traded products procured, supplied and/or manufactured by Virgin Oil Company (Mauritius) Ltd. Its portfolio includes base oils, residual fuels and B30 marine biofuel blends for industrial, commercial and marine customers.
By bringing locally refined products to market, PetrA contributes to efforts to reduce Mauritius’s dependence on imported petroleum products.
PetrA is based at Hassamal Building, 5 Labourdonnais Street, Port Louis.

Product sales & marketing
International procurement, sales and marketing of base oils, LSFO, VLSFO and B30 marine biofuels manufactured by Virgin Oil, including marine bunkering.
Marine services
As an accredited agent of Virgin Oil, PetrA arranges debunkering and deslopping at quayside and anchorage in Mauritius, with access to MT VIRGIN 1 through Virgin Shipping.
Off-spec trading
PetrA purchases bulk off-specification petroleum products, including tank bottoms and other difficult-to-handle fuels, and arranges collection from international ports.
Recovery before disposal
Virgin Oil’s recovery and refining activities return suitable waste materials to productive use, helping conserve resources and reduce the risks of improper disposal. Local production can also offset demand for imported petroleum products and support Mauritius’s energy security.
